Witness for Peace is a politically independent grassroots organization working for human rights, peace, justice and sustainable economies in the Americas through socially responsible travel programs, popular education and nonviolent grassroots activism. In particular, its mission is to confront and change U.S. policies and corporate practices which contribute to poverty and oppression in Latin America and the Caribbean.
