  Extra-Curricular Activities Board

      An Introduction

ECAB is the fiscal manager and one of the primary overseers of the student activities fee monies. The Board is responsible for recognition, funding, and oversight of extra-curricular activities.

 

Criteria for Ad-Hoc Allocations

1. Preparedness (detailed proposal, complete budget breakdown, timeliness, knowledge of the presenter about the event)

2. Contribution to the Drew community as a whole

3. Exhausting co-sponsorship options (and fundraising options when applicable)

4. Allowing time for paperwork to be processed—Ad-Hocing a minimum of two weeks before your event will be taking place.

 

 ECAB meetings are held Thursdays at 6:45pm in UC 123.
