An Introduction |
|
ECAB is the fiscal manager and one of the primary overseers of the student activities fee monies. The Board is responsible for recognition, funding, and oversight of extra-curricular activities.
Criteria for Ad-Hoc Allocations 1. Preparedness (detailed proposal, complete budget breakdown, timeliness, knowledge of the presenter about the event) 2. Contribution to the Drew community as a whole 3. Exhausting co-sponsorship options (and fundraising options when applicable) 4. Allowing time for paperwork to be processed—Ad-Hocing a minimum of two weeks before your event will be taking place. |

ECAB meetings are held Thursdays at 6:45pm in UC 123.
