Our wise leaders, the co-chairs are in charge of organizing , as well as preceding over MedFest and Revels, arranging general meetings, and keeping the rest of the heads in line. ChessBoard Head: Daniel Hoover

Chessboard is a spring-semester-only position, in charge of organizing and running the living chessboard at MedFest.

Revels Head: Rhys McGovern

The Revels head is in charge of organizing and cooking for the Fall Semester event, a medieval feast. This is a fall-semester-only position. For this position, a cool head in a hot kitchen is a requirement!

Combat Head: Michael Noonan

Three times a week, TMT members gather to practice heavy combat, stage combat, and/or fencing (depending on the semester). One of the most popular activities, fall combat is mainly for fun and pure practice. The spring semester combat meetings are closely interwoven with chessboard meetings. Questions? Itching to participate? Our combat head is always willing to help!

Costuming Head: Alicia Rapp

Meeting once a week, costuming is where the magic happens — the magic of garb, that is. The costuming room is located in Tolley basement (laundry room side). If you are interested in sewing, organizing, or just generally aiding the costuming department, please contact Heather.

I've heard occasionally a dragon can be seen within the folds of old robes!

Pubsinging Head:  Ulana Romaniw

One of the loudest departments, this weekly activity is designed to recreate a common form of entertainment from the medieval era: loudly and "drunkenly" singing everything from sea chanties to the odd ballad. Pubsingers perform both at Revels and MedFest. Interest queries are to be directed to the pubsinging head.

Tech Heads:  Katelyn Noland and Stephen Yellin

Location: Brown Basement. While this department occasionally aids with Revels, its main concern is MedFest, creating elements of the medieval world to put participants and attendants in the right mood. Tech also creates toy swords and shields which are sold at events, and helps combat in upkeep and storage of equipment. Tech meetings are sporadic, but help is always welcome!

Wood and Swords? What more could you ask for?!

Theatre Head: Michelle Feigin

This department is in charge of both running the plots for events and either running or designating a person in charge for plays. As we want our events to be the biggest and best possible, willing participants are always welcome! For more information, contact the theatre head.

Historian: Rebecca Sandler

The historian is in charge of organizing group meetings to inform participants of historical background of events and help people get "in character," along with approving characters for MedFest.

Publicity Head: Desiree Hykes

The publicity head is in charge of poster-making parties, campus-wide e-mails, and designing and maintaining the very site you are browsing. So if you like it, yay! If not, well then keep your opinions to yourself :)
